macro which combines multiple sheets in separate file based on cell value

Dear Friends,

I have file ("File Total") which contains similar multiple sheets. cell B2 contains various names in all the worksheets (e.g "a" & "b" .......)

1. Is there a macro which gives separate tab colours to the worksheet name based on B2 value.

2. Is there a macro which combines multiple sheets in separate file based on B2 value. E.g "File a" & "File b" .....

I am attaching the files for your reference.

Please help me since I have huge database with multiple worksheets and its very time consuming to this exercise on daily basis.
