Sure. The question is answered quickest if you show us the problem. Post a sample workbook demonstrating the data and a manual mockup of the results you need.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Yes you can filter out based on cell value. Go to Filter -> advance and set your criteria to filter the list
