    Formula will not return selected wording based on predecessors being met

    Hello All,

    See attached.

    In column F, I need a formula that will look at the milestones in O, R, U, W, X, Z, and AA, and return a string based on the predecessors/successors being met.

    Example, see cell F2. This is what it should read when a formula is entered. It returns "Milestone Complete" because column O, R, U, W, X, Z, and AA all have an actual date entered. FYI, my company uses 1/0/1900 for "0". Sorry.

    Example 2. See cell F8. It returns "Pending C COP Complete" becauseMilestones O, R, U, and W are all actual but X is not. So in this case we are pending C COP Complete to be actual.

    Here is the order of the milestones:

    Milestone Order:

    1. C Start Actual
    2. C Complete Actual
    3. I Complete Actual
    4. O Complete Actual
    5. C COP Complete Actual
    6. T Complete Actual
    7. E COP Complete Actual

    Our company project database returns that value when we do not enter a number in our database tool. It means "0".
