Might be you know how to make employee roster in easy way, if I got patterns like: 4 in 2 off and 5 in 2 off here is example:
XEEELLXEEELLXXEELLXXEELLXXEELLXXEELLXXEELLXXEEELLXEEELL (X - off, E -early shift, L-late shift). week starts on Friday, ends Thursday.

Is there any formula to use, or maybe macros etc which put this pattern to excel memory and after that it can generate month by month?
