If column contains X, then return values in the row corresponding to the column

I have a large sheet titled Overview with a bunch of data in it, and I want to duplicate a subset of that data into a second sheet.

Specifically, column H in Overview contains either "Y" or "N" (i.e. yes or no). If a row is marked "Y" in column H, I'd like to copy the values in that row from column B, C, D, E, G, I, J, K, L, and M to the second sheet. I don't need column H copied over, as it's the marker that defines the subset, nor do I need columns A, F, M, N, or O.

I've been trying variations on the following INDEX and MATCH formula:

but I can only get it to pull the first row in Overview that contains a Y. If copied down, it just duplicates the first row from Overview that matches "Y".

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Does it have to be formula? Off the top of my head, my first thought would be to use Advanced Filter for this: http://www.contextures.com/xladvfilter01.html

Thanks for the reply! I'm working out of Google Sheets and not seeing any Advanced Filter functionality in here, so I assume it needs to be a formula.
