I want to be able to count the total number of rows in a table like the below where the following criteria are satisfied:
- "Maturity" in columns C-F is a specific value (e.g. "Level 1")
- "Epic" is a specified string (e.g. "EG-98")
- "Sprint" in Columns G-I contains a specific string (e.g. "Sprint 1")

Based on being able to count these fields, I want to be able to populate a table like the below (i.e. the result in cell C3 below should count the number of rows where Epic = "EG-98", Level includes "Level 1", and Sprint includes "Sprint 0")

Thus far I've tried every combination of COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT and everything else I can find suggested online. COUNTIFS would be my usual solution but don't seem to behave when the criteria range is across multiple columns.
