Doing a Giveaway, need help

Hello there,
First allow me to thank you for taking the time to read this over.

I am doing a giveaway for an item. I have multiple entrants, some of which have multiple entries. I need something that will draw 3 winners, 1st place 2nd place 3rd place. Please keep in mind that I am a noob when it comes to Excel2016. I had assumed it would be easy to just google search for it, but I haven't had any luck after an hour. I am willing to put in the work to use Excel if need be.
