Distribute Expenses based on specified rules

Hi
Column A states which apartment(s) to apply the expense.
Column B States the method:
a. If a specific apartment is listed in column A, the entire amount is applied to it.
b. Thousands: The amount is multiplied by the coefficient in column F and divided by 1000.
c. EqualParts: The amount is divided by 23 and applied to all.

What would the formula be in column G?
