Help with Transpose

Hi! I need help with the transpose function. I know how it works, but the matrix I have to transpose is very large , is just 10 columns lets say but is around 2200 rows. How do I know the exact measurement , I mean, is a lot and the A, AA,AAA just tends to confuse me. Any suggestions or shortcut? It will be highly appreciated.

If no empty rows or columns, first can do, otherwise second code
also change the red part to real sheet name
