How to show decimal in percentage when it not a whole

Hi All


I have a Result Data :
A
1. 100%
2. 99%
3. 97%
4. 87%

When I use conditional formating with decimal it goes
A
1. 100,0%
2. 99,4%
3. 97,3%
4. 87,0%

Is there a way to show decimal in percentage only when it not whole

Format A1:A4 as percentage, decimal place: 1
Go to menu Data/ Conditional Formating/ New Rule/ use a formula...
=A1*100=INT(A1*100)
Format / number / percentage / Decimal places: 0
Apply to A1:A4

How crucial is it to not display the decimal point? Using something like "0.#%" (using US convention for decimal separator) will display
1 as 100.%
.994 as 99.4%
.973 as 97.3%
.870 as 87.%

In order to get rid of the decimal point, you need to use conditional formatting with a test that can test for "integer per cent".
