excel template for cars reservation

Hi everyone!
It is days since I have been strugling to get an interactive calendar on excel that would allow me to handle car reservations.
I am attaching a picture of what I've done so far - the problem is, I am no expert of VBA nor macros, and i always have problems with formulas when updating the file.
Can anyone provide me a template for an interactive calendar to handle reservations?
Are there any tutorials i can learn from?
I would really appreciate your help.

i will do it like in the file
two sheets: orders and availability
in availability colors are just for visibility
the most important part are calculation results of formulas in cells

I would like to ask you to help me swap the plates and put them in the column and not in a row.
Also, could you please also help me set yellow color cells for double reservations on the same datE?
