Excel sheet stuck in read only

Hi folks,

Does anyone know why an excel sheet would become read only. I have a batch file that exports the data. The first time everything works perfectly. The second time and error comes up and the sheet is locked for editing.

I have been using this file for the last 6 years with no issues.
