Lucky Draw with probability distribution

Hi, My school has around 100 students from 3 Classes and I would like to draw 20 students from it randomly. The point is those 20 students required 60% from Class A, 30% from Class B, 10% from Class C. Is there any way that I could draw the result using Microsoft Excel 2013 ? I have search for it a long time, how can it be done?

A real-time Lucky drawing on a big screen will be done!!! Help please!
