How to make a Muther Grid?

First off I'm not even sure that is anything or not, but i'm looking to create an activity relationship chart.
I've attached a picture of what I'm looking for.
Basically just a chart to compare things.
There shouldn't be any programming or code, but just formatting.
I have no clue how to go about doing this and I'm not sure what to search for if it is not called a "muther grid".
