Only want to print current onscreen date as opposed to entire sheet

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet with several columns of data. I have five frozen columns on the left, and a couple of frozen rows at the top which I want to appear on every page of a printout. However, when I go to print the file, its prints the entire workbook every time, rather than just what is on screen at that time. I'm wondering is there a setting that will stop this. I've tried using Print Titles in the Page layout tab but it seems to skip columns for no apparent reason.

Anyone got any ideas?

Frozen pane has nothing to do with Printing.

You'd want to set "Rows to repeat at top:" and "Columns to repeat at left:" in Page Setup.

Then limit print area to range containing data you wish to print.
