Need to find the First and Last Date item had activity

I would create a formula to return the first activity date in one column and last activity date in the next column for all items in my spreadsheet. Attached is a screen shot of how the spreadsheet currently looks. The numbers in column A are unique and the dates in columns C-UJ are dates ranging from 01/02/15 - 01/31/17.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Try these array entered formulas* for AN4 and AO4 respectively:

*1) Select cell AN4,
2) Paste the first formula into the formula bar,
3) Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and Enter Keys,
4) Double click to copy down.
Repeat the process for cell AO4 with the second formula.

Received the message about the error. A #Value error suggests that the formula was entered by pressing the Enter key alone instead of simultaneously pressing Ctrl, Shift and Enter as is necessary to activate these array entered formulas.
