Amortization Table

Hi Guys

I'm trying to come up with a more efficient way of formatting my amortization table (attached).

My goal is to make Cell B6 dynamic - when input any number from 0-30 I would like it to return "Years" and then anything after that from 31-360 to return "Months". I would also like my PERIOD column A to adjust accordingly (i.e. to return 30 cells if "Years" and 31 cells if "Months".

Currently I have done this and it works, however it is rather convoluted and I would like to speed up the process - any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also currently have 4 rule applied to B6 - any way I can reduce this to 2? I would also like to find a way to accomplish this without having my data validation cell E3?
