    Calculate reduction in fee charged based on lower rate

    I want to calculate the reduction in fees based on an increase in sales. I have attached a sample file. Hope help is available as I am struggling with the formula?

    I have updated the test file with a formula which appears to work but seems overly complex especially if the bands increase?
