Highlighting changes from previous days values method and execution help

    Howdy,
I am needing some help with information coming from a userform I created, this particular userform collects 143 numerical USD currency values, it goes to a sheet I have labeled "Sleuth" (43 static rows, and 10 static columns, not all columns containing data per row) since I have no direction what to take for this next part.

The individual values will but inputted only once a day from the userform, so this would only need to look at yesterdays individual cell values and highlight only decreases in individual cells.
(The data being inputted only needs increases, and the purpose of tracking this data is only to explain decreases)

But since this does happen daily I have not a clue on how to approach holding onto the old data for only one day and using it for reference, and then taking the new numbers to be used in place as the old once highlights have been made and report generated and upon exiting the workbook.

I'm in no hurry with this project, and like I said not much of an approach so I am open to any and all suggestions even if the answers are outside of Excel and more suitable for Access.
I am grateful for the responses and patience in advance.

I know you will need more information to help develop a solution so let me know what you need, and I will get back with you!

Just to save some time of someone typing it up here is what the data will look like roughly.

Re: Highlighting changes from previous days values method and execution help

Although I did not get a reply, I had my tarot cards read to me for March 2017 and got some clarity.

I found my solution inside of just recording a macro.
This macro just copies the input contents (new information) and clears and pastes inside of the reference range (old data).
I figured I will just make this a part of the last steps I need to assign before the user finishes tasks inside the workbook.

I then followed up by doing the conditional formatting cell by cell.

Produced the results I wanted and can make forward progress again.

    Thanks.
