Updating wins and losses through a web query

Hello folks,

I have just a minor question and it's not that big of a problem. I'm currently doing an excel spreadsheet on statistics of a certain league (team/player statistics to be more clear), I have the stats from a web query so that they'll update automatically, all except for the wins and losses portion (mainly because I'm unable to find a table to import with this data), does anyone happen to know how or even where I can get this information (Yes, I've tried finding it myself, but to no avail)? Again, it's just a minor detail as I want it to be as fully automated as possible so I don't have to manually enter in the wins/losses every time.

Just for an update, I'm currently doing this through an XML file I created, and having to manually update that (which can be a pain at times), I'm trying to import the standings data through espn's website but Excel doesn't seem to like importing data from that page...I'd like it to be fully automated if possible but I don't see how that's going to work. Does anyone have any suggestions or others sites perhaps that may work?
