    Post Vlookup Help

    Hi All,

Looking for some help with a formula. Attached shows a list of sites with a Ticket type, basically each site will have numerous tickets per site. I am trying to get the created date for that specific site ID to the specific ticket type

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You're going to have to give an example of the answer you are looking for.

    Re: Vlookup Help

For example site 2000 may have multiple tickets, in fact from checking manually on the database that site has 7 tickets on the system, what I need is to find the created date for the ticket in the attached.

When I do a normal Vlookup from the CSV file with the raw data, I am getting a created date for a different ticket rather than the one in the file.

    Hope this helps

    Re: Vlookup Help

    Your explanation is not helping....
Please attach your file again, this time showing several results required and exactly which cells should be matched and which looked up to get each result
    thanks

    Re: Vlookup Help

If site number, ticket and type can sometimes be identical then no formula will isolate what you want. You need a unique identifier perhaps by joining site number and date?
What does the date refer to in your data? Is that date different to created date?
