I need help building a spreadsheet that will keep track of employee attendance points with the following criteria:
1 Point for Tardy 6 mins or greater
1 Point for completed more than 4 hours
2 Points for completed less than 4 hours
3 Points for Call Off
9 Points for No Call/No show
Employees are rewarded 1 point back when they went a whole month without getting a single point.
I just want a separate tab with Employee Names, Employee ID Numbers, and their total points as column headers.
If someone could build a sample spreadsheet for me it would be greatly appreciated
