I don't have the capability of looking at my friends computer but I created a sheet with web queries that I need him to edit. We do not have any problem clicking on Edit query from any of the pc at the office but for some reason it is greyed out when he tries. He clicked enable content and it gives him the option of refresh but not edit.
I no nothing about Macs so I'm hoping someone out there can give me a easy fix for this one so I can pass it on to him?

Go to File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> External Content and check to make sure Disable all Data Connections is not turned on.
