this is for my inventory per item so i i really need it computed separately.
same result with my formula before
did you try the solutions? they are all separated it is just that its located at EACH end.
Can you explain how is comes -14.
Your helper coloumn "E" row 2 to 19 is "A" (you can filter & select "A")
column "C" subtotal is 15 for "A" & column "D" subtotal is 27 = -12

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Use the fill handle to copy the for both column with formula....
O2, O10 O16 ->>> i can't think of a remedy otherwise a vba I thnk... maybe someone can give you that.

can you look at this please? i think something is wrong in O16 and O18

In column N- refer to A2 and B2
=LOOKUP("zzz",A$2:A2)&MONTH(B2)
then drag down again
