Sum value in the corresponding dates.

Dear Friends -

I need your assistance again!
I have attached a sample excel sheet - I need to perform the following:

Sum total value (By category breakfast, lunch and dinner) of all values to the corresponding dates, until till date and minus the corresponding value of the latest date.
Which is sum values from Mar 1 to Mar27 and Minus value of Mar-27.

Sum all days (C7 copied down):

=SUM(G7:AK7)

Sum all days, excluding today (D7, copied down)

=SUM(G7:AK7)-INDEX(G7:AK7,MATCH(TODAY(),$G$4:$AK$4,0))
