Formatt spreadsheet to move cursor automatically to a defined cell

You could that with the tab index order on a Userform.

Does it matter in what order the 10 cells under each Batch are filled in? If not, you could have the cursor move across then down? i.e. A2 > B2 > A3 > B3 etc.?

To do this, Options > Advanced, then under Editing options find 'After pressing Enter, move selection' and change the Direction: to 'Right'.
Next highlight your entire sheet, Format Cells > Protection tab > tick 'Locked'.
Then highlight just the cells to have values entered, repeat the above and untick 'Locked'.
Finally, go to sheet protection, untick 'Select locked cells', then protect the sheet.

Cursor will now move across each entry block, then down to the next one. i.e. Once you have entered a value in B6, the cursor will then drop down to A12.
