    Cool How to extract data from Data Entry Sheet into Report sheet

    Hey all,
    I want to extract data from the Data Entry Sheet into the Report Sheet. Please help me how to do it.

    Hi

    please give a look to the attachment: I've changed your original layout in order to simplify formulas.

    In the file I'm using

    =INDEX(...SMALL(IF...

    confirmed with control+shift enter to extract rows from database. Conditions in cells D1 and F1.
