IF statement with the string "#VALUE!" (escaping)

Hi guys,

I have a column with the string "#VALUE!" typed-in in some of the cells. When I try =IF(A1="#VALUE!","true","false") I'm getting a #VALUE! error.

What should I do to fix the issue?
