    Auto apply style to existing worksheet when anything changes ?

    Can this be done? ie. "new info" with green shading?

    Conditional formatting applied to cell or cells affected.

    Welcome to the forum
    In attached workbook conditional formatting to green fill if cells A1 to A20 are not blank
    Select the range and then click on Conditional Formatting in Home Tab - new rule from formula as per picture

    Also under "REVIEW" TAB
    select "TRACK CHANGES"
