    Difference between two dates in hours

    Hi,

    How do I find the difference between two dates in the format of

    18 Aug 2016 13:05 and 10 Mar 2017?

    The trick with this is that the month is in text format..
    I want to grab the time difference in hours

    Are these cells just text, or are they properly formatted as date/time?
