Filtering Data From Another Sheet

Hey there,

I'm having an issue pulling data from on sheet and getting it to another. All the examples i've seen online online provide the filters if im pulling a block of data in rows and applying it to rows but in the pasted image as you can see I need a list for example in Sheet 2 A1 "location" and apply it to a Row 13I on Sheet 1.

Please let me know if you have any ideas or recommendations, I can use a data validation drop down list but I really need it to auto-complete when typing.

Hi, welcome to the forum

Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

Really sorry about that. I know I'm terrible at this.

So for 'Sheet 1' I'd like to have Cell B2 pull in the data/information from Sheet 2, A1.

I know I can use data validation however I need to allow it to almost use a filter type dropdown so I can sort/autocomplete/change order etc. When I use data validation, it only allows me to scroll. The actual full list is 7000+ entries.

The same goes for each of the other Sheet 1 B3,B4,B5,B6 cells. They all have corresponding information on Sheet 2 that aligns with the titles.

What I need is for you to show me what you expect this to look like, put some dummy answers in there, and explain how you would have done that manually
