identifying header for rows of data where numerical data may be the same but headers arent

    Hello everyone,

I have a large spreadsheet with data that changes daily. Each header (row 1) has a unique name.
The data in a lower row (38) is calculated. At times there are row 38 values that are the same.

    My problem.
Every attempt to list the row 1 names for the top 10 row 38 values results in listing the same row 1 name 10 times. There are 10 row 38 values that are the same.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to find a way to:
List the row 1 entry for the row 38 highest value. (this I'm good with)
List the row 1 entry for the next row 38 highest value when it also equals the previous row 38 value. (I'm hung up on this.... HELP!!)

THANK YOU FOR ANY ASSSISTANCE !!!

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Thank you for the quick response.
Attached is my spreadsheet. None of the information is sensitive.

Go to the tab labeled 'Southern Calcs'. I noted want I'm trying to do on row 62 in red.

The column beginning on C44 lists 'Hrs in alarm' for equipment. That data is correct.

Column B44 titled 'Header' is incorrect. Under C44 I'm trying to list each header name that the Hrs in alarm is pulled from.

    My spreadsheet should be attached.
    Thank you again!
