    Conditional formatting with 2 conditions

    I have Dates in Column J and status (Pending/Sent) in column L. I want to highlight the cells in column J with certain color that has dates either less than or equal to TODAY in Column J and status as Pending in Column L.

    Please suggest me.

    Regards
    Nadim

    Your CF rule will be something like this:

    =AND(L1="Pending",J1<=TODAY())

    This is EXACTLY what I need, but for Google Sheets. Not sure if that is why it is not working. Any other suggestions?
