Help With Making a Bar Graph

Hi everyone, I am starting an assignment in school and I don't really have much experience with Microsoft Excel. I am just trying to make a basic bar graph but whenever I do it never turns out the way I want it to. I highlight the data like this:

And then the graph always turns out wrong like this:

I want the years to show on the x-axis but instead it graphs the years with the other data and it goes up the axis by 1. If someone could please help me with this it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and I appreciate all the responses.
