Really need help with functions!

Hey guys!

I'm trying to write a function out using all three together (IF, AND, OR) but everytime I seem to click enter it says either 0 or #NAME?

"The salesperson receives a bonus of $500 for NON JEWELRY orders if the amount ordered is greater than $5000 for a particular sale. If there is no bonus earned, the cell should be left blank or a 0 should be entered." That's my problem

And this is the function I'm trying to do:

=IF(AND(B7 = ">5000", OR( E7 = GIFT ITEMS, E7 = CLOTHING, E7 = ACCESSORIES) ), "500", "0" )
