Needed picture reference formula

I need a picture reference formula.
I have attached a excel FILE here. There are many sheets. In every Sheet, there is a cell containing pictures. There what I want is : if I update the picture containing cell in Sheet1 with other pictures, every Sheets needs to updated as that cell. More clearly, If I changes picture in cell D of Sheet1 then the cell D of Sheet2 needs to be changed accordingly. If I insert a picture in Cell D of Sheet1, then cell D of all Sheet should have the same picture. Thank you very much and hope I will get solutions.

In this file if you change / inseart another pict in sheet1 accordingly change to other all sheets.
