Easiest way to do this would probably be via VBA especially if this is something you want to do regularly.
Can you describe simply what you are wanting to do in a bit more detail and I will post an example for you to follow and a non VBA alternative if practicable.
Eg
1 records are in Excel
2 each pdf will be given name = value in column A plus date
3 pdf files to be saved to same folder each time
