Use Google drive and place it ina a shared folder or use OneDrive or use DropBox, etc etc. etc...

Yes I agree with you but my requirement is we have to enter data simultaneously like 10 to 15 members in same excel sheet in online.
Use something else and analyse the requirements first before you try to use an application not suited to such a requirement in future.is we have to enter data simultaneously

Depending on the type of data and what you are doing with it, you may want to explore using Access. This can be shared and used by multiple people simultaneously. The issue may be where the data tables are stored.
