IF(AND) Function for tables not working.

Hi,

So, in practicing an Excel lab exercise, I'm having trouble getting the IF(AND() function to work but for the life of me, it just won't go through. I was able to run the IF function alright, but AND is being fussy.

My IF function was: =IF(Table1[[#This Row],[Customer Age]]<25,"Youth") . This works fine.

I have tried the following for IF(AND(), but keep getting an error: =IF(AND(Table1[[#Headers],[Customer Age]]>=25,Table1[[#This Row],[Customer Age]]=<34,"Young Adult"))
