How to create auto fill & click button

Hi all,

I'm rather new to this forum and newbie in general with Excel. Can someone please help me with below?

1. How do I do auto fill sheet? Let's just say I have 2 tabs: First tab is the form to fill; Second tab have all list of materials with number and description. When I copy the material number from second tab and paste it onto first tab's material number section the description automatically fills with description from second tab.

2. How do I create click button that switches between tabs or to certain tab of the workbook?

3. How do I protect or lock / unprotect the worksheet from being filled or messed up?

I hope you guys can assist me with this and provide basic template on above.

I dont know Just enable the content for editing thats what I do... When you copy the material number on tab 2 and paste into tab 1 material number cell the description fills in automatically how to do something like this? And also, insert click button to go to specific tabs or sheets...?

Now you can create your own protection - remember to make a note of the password!

The IFERROR wraparound is necessary to avoid #NA error appearing in every cell in columns D/K/L when column C contains no value

Links to other sheets in cells N7 and F9 were created with "right click", "hyperlink", "place in this document"

To protect your formulas etc you need to unprotect the cells where users are allowed to enter data and then protect the sheet
