Help - linking data on several tabs to a master sheet

    Hello

I am trying to create a standard report for several business areas which would show several key metrics. Basically a number of different data sets sit across different tabs within the same workbook. We use an add on in excel called XLOne reporting, which on refresh populates with current data based on a number of variables and criteria. Each business area, while sharing the same chart of accounts, will have different combinations of information unique to it. So if I filter on BA and run the report, I will get information on BA1 which will then flow through to the master page which is made up of graphs and tabular information. The problem is every time I run the XLOne report, the data in the destination worksheet changes to #REF!. I expected this to happen when I change BA, however it still happens if I refresh the data with the same BA. My aim is to automate the key metrics page as much as possible without manually updating every single link, however despite researching and sifting through a number of forums I can't seem to find a solution.

    Help!

Almost impossible to provide any sort of advice or support with nothing to work with.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Re: Help - linking data on several tabs to a master sheet

Thank you Olly for responding. I am attaching a file with three tabs. The Design tab is the XLone report I referred to in my original message. Basically this report is run after I select the period and Business area. It is based on the back end criteria I have defined when I designed the report initially. It links to my Finance system to extract the data I have defined. Once run I expect the data to then flow to the other two tabs. But every time I run it I get reference errors. The Pivot tables and graphs also need to be relinked. And the formatting in Sheet 3 goes out too.
