Copying names without borders

I want to copy names without disturbing the borders. As you can see in the example the names in red are copied to below and the line comes along. How can I prevent this from happening?

There is a option to copy it with no borders, right click in the area where you want to copy, select paste special and look for paste with no borders, is the icon number 5.

I know. But when you have to right click 2000 times a day. It's not very productive. I want it standard.
