Is your workbook saved as a Macro-Enabled workbook?
Spread the love, add to the Rep
"None of us are as smart as all of us."
I have no idea.
It happens with any excel file.

Can you attach an example file?
attachment feature here is not working.
Not user friendly to say the least.
Get nice dialog box for image but not for attachments.
Getting off work in a few mins. will check back in the morning.

Without attachment difficult.
For attach file process
>Click "Go Advanced"
>Click Manage Attachment
>Brows file from respective folder
>Click on upload
>After complete uploading file click on closed this windows.

It it happens with every file... likely culprit is Personal.XLSB
Try going to "C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART" and set folder option to show hidden files and delete the Personal.XLSB file.
Where "XXX" is your username on the computer.
If it isn't there, try repair of Office installation.
attachment....
no Personal.XLSB file.
Did repair of Office Installation. Still the same.
Sent same file to coworker....no problems. Going to uninstall Excel and then Reinstall.
No change in behavior there. Complete uninstall and reinstall of Microsoft Office will involve IT Dept getting involved....

Well, I found the problem. There was an add-in that was suspect. Looked at coworkers add-ins and I had on extra one. Deleted it. And Bam, problem gone.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
