Create a slide oval slider form control

Hello,

I am looking for a special form control that is a slider in green oval shape with a white round circle to have have
a "True" or "False". When the circle slide to the right, a green background will reveal in the oval slot and a link cell
will insert the word "True". If the circle slide to the left, when slot will be in white, same linked cell will
change to "False".

Is that possible? I do not want to use standard option button to toggle True and False.

just need to amend the shading of the oval background as well in your case

would of thought someone would of done a custom object by now which is why i started googling it
seems to be common in the javascript side of the world

I'm sure if someone gets "intrigued" enough to make one and wants to share with the world it will pop up (ill imagine the later is probably is what stopping it being wildly available)
