Hi All: Thanks in advance for the assistance. I have an Excel file with two tabs. Tab 1: Raw Data with about 15,000 rows but I only put the first few in the attached. Tab 2: Output Tab. What I want is I have a list of Materials in the Tab 2: that will look up in Tab 1. I want it summarized but I want the process so that if it has a material with three different vendors, it will repeat that material with different vendors in multiple lines.

This sounds like you need Advanced Filters (found on the Data Tab). Read about it and see a few videos.

You will need to put your criteria range on sheet 2.
