Help on doughnut pie chart

I failed to create a simple doughnut chart. Could you please help in creating it for me. I attached image for your reference how it cud be in excel.

Hi Popipipo,

Data labels are making issue for me. I am not able to do it as it is asking me to enter values only not text. I need text to be in chart not values.

Kindly help.
