    Tipout formula based on server sales

    I am trying to figure out a way to create a tip-out sheet for my restaurant something in the lines along;

    then to break down what the server made in tips and create a formula for the tip out process for tip out pool - Bar 5% Buss/Run 15% Host 3%

    based on total sales, breaking down into columns like cash recvd cc recvd comps/voids cc tips and how much they owe at the end of the shift, all while using the POS printout from the waiter.

    like columns then have excel do the formula;

    server name | Sales | | Receipts |
    (gross from pos) |Food Sales| Beverage Sales | (-)credit cards| (-)discounts | (-/+) Cash Due|
