I know that I can use ctrl + letter combination to trigger a hotkey , I get so many hotkey now and the ctrl + lettter can meet my requirement I need more how to make that?

I don't know of a way to extend the possible hotkeys, but perhaps you could build a simple userform that lists and runs your macros in a friendlier way than the Macro Dialog box. Call THAT from the quick-access tool bar so you can free up some of those hotkeys.
