COUNTIFS with 3 criteria

Yes I have yet another conundrum, I have a COUNTIFS code with 2 criteria as follows

my problem is I don't want to count if column AJ:AJ contains the text/word "Cancelled", as always any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks again all - Marco
