    Smile For every subsequent 100000

    Price of property is 1250000

First 500,000 sq ft 1% tax
Next 500,000 sq ft 0.8% tax
For every subsequent 100,000 sq ft 0.7% tax

For clarity, the total percentage of tax of the property should be 3.9%.
I could come up with the formula for the first two but got stuck at the subsequent 100,000 sq ft one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Okay, so I have uploaded a sample file and have highlighted the part in red where I have trouble making the Excel formula with.

    Hope it makes it clearer.

    Thanks !
